WARPHX Nutrition (Pty) Ltd ("WARPHX", "we", "us") operates warphxnutrition.fit and delivers the WARPHX NEXTGEN Inter-Class School Fitness Championship. This notice explains how we handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
1. What we collect
- Name, email address, phone number.
- School, grade / class and (for entries) learner age band.
- Payment details — processed by Yoco and (where applicable) Paystack. WARPHX does not store card numbers.
- NDA signature data, including the drawn or typed signature, IP address and browser information captured at signature.
- Sponsor company details, representative details and any uploaded logos or supporting documents.
2. Why we collect it
- To process entries, packages, sponsorships and payments.
- To communicate with entrants, parents/guardians and sponsors about the event.
- To keep proof of the NDA and sponsor commitments on record.
3. Who we share it with
Payment processors (Yoco, and Paystack once enabled) receive the information required to process the transaction. We do not sell or share personal information with any other third party.
4. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to run the event, meet legal and financial record-keeping obligations, and honour signed agreements. You can request that your data be corrected or deleted by emailing warphxnutrition@gmail.com.
5. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if inaccurate, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
