1. Refund & postponement policy
| Situation | Policy |

| Event postponed by WARPHX | Entry remains valid for the rescheduled date. No refund is due; a credit or refund option may be offered at WARPHX's discretion. |
| Event cancelled by WARPHX | Entries are refunded in full within [TBC] business days, minus any payment processing fees already incurred. |
| Buyer cancels their own entry | Refundable in full up to [TBC] days before the event; partial refund or credit only after that; no refund inside [TBC] days of the event. |
| Change age band / T-shirt size | Allowed up to [TBC] days before the event by emailing WARPHX; subject to stock availability for shirts. |
| Weather / force majeure on the day | The event proceeds under the safety protocol in the proposal; if abandoned for safety reasons, the postponement policy above applies. |
2. Entry conditions
- Entry constitutes acceptance of the division standards and safety rules described in the event proposal.
- All minors require parent or guardian consent to participate.
- The event will be filmed and photographed. Entry implies consent to use of such material, unless an opt-out is requested in writing to warphxnutrition@gmail.com.
- Liability is limited in line with the safety and insurance arrangements described in the proposal.
3. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
